Payment
The conference fee must be paid (in U.S. dollars) via either check, wire
transfer, or credit card to the Pacific International Center for High
Technology Research (PICHTR).
By Check:
Conference fee checks should be made out to "PICHTR".
Participants should send their payment (and include their name and registration number, e.g., MH0001) to:

By Wire Transfer
For those wanting to wire their conference fee, please fax (808-943-9582) or email (MH2006@pichtr.org) PICHTR to obtain the wiring information, if you don’t have it already. Include your participant name and registration number (e.g., MH0001) with your request. When you do wire the conference fee, email a note to PICHTR with your participant name and registration number that the payment is being/has been wired.
By Credit Card:
For those wanting to pay by credit card, there is an additional 5% charge on
the total amount due. Please visit PICHTR's webpage at
http://www.pichtr.org/MH2006_conference_fees.htm,
and you will be able to charge your fees (+5%) over a secure connection using PICHTR's shopping cart.
Remember, conference fees increase after June 1st.
A confirmation email will be sent to the registrant upon the receipt of payment.
Cancellations:
Participants who have registered and paid the Conference fee and are unable to attend the Symposium can cancel
without penalties by contacting the MH2006 Secretariat (MH2006@nist.gov) by August 1, 2006.
Cancellations between August 2, 2006 and September 8, 2006 are subject to a
$100 cancellation fee. Cancellations
after September 8, 2006 will result in no refunds. All reimbursements will be sent to the
participants via check in U.S. currency.
