Charles J. Glinka
Charles Glinka is a condensed matter physicist at the Center for Neutron Research at the National Institute for Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, MD. He oversees the Research Facility Operations group, and is the project director for the NIST/NSF Center for High Resolution Neutron Scattering (CHRNS) at the NCNR.

Applications of small angle neutron scattering to materials science including the characterization of microporous materials and physical and chemical phenomena occurring in microporous media, the behavior of complex fluids under shear, and mechanisms for materials synthesis through molecular self-assembly; neutron optics; neutron scattering instrumentation and techniques.
